This picture was featured in NGM July 2008. Taken by Elmar Rubio, an electrician, artist, and father of seven. When he submitted the picture to NGM, his caption was "Bella and Alice and the approaching storm".
I like the image because it reminds me of the irrational beauty of the human spirit. An oncoming storm and sometimes, we don't run for shelter - we cast our coats to the wind.
